My 1991 3.1L Sunbird has been acting pretty weird lately so I took it to my local shop to see what was up. They said all of my sensors were getting proper signal and they think it is the PROM (the memory inside the ECU). The problem is, I can't seem to find a remanufactured computer that comes with this memory. Anyone know where I can get an ECM that will definitely ship with the correct PROM already in it?

Just got finished calling several manufacturers and no body carries the part any more. Looks like it's back to junk yard trolling or hopefully hearing from one of you guys. If any body has an ECM for a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird (3.1L V6) please let me know.

The PROM in my car is ARUN too. The longer Part number # doesn't match mine but is it good enough to just match the "ARUN" letters or do I need an EXACT duplicate?
