those 2 rubber boot thingy (not the CV axles) but farther back toward the firewall? Its like a beam with it and it goes all the way across into/ to the tie rods. Mine are leaking grease or whatever pretty bad now and i'm thinkin thats causing weird noises up front alot.

can't they cause some abnormal humming and weird noises especially when turning, i know its not my wheel bearing for sure. I just hear it alot worse & worse for months now, and now last 2 weeks its been pretty bad,
i believe that'd be causing the noises, am i correct?

If your rack and pinion is leaking check your power steering fluid it will be low , if you add power steering fluid the noise should go away .
