Ok, I'll try and keep the bull@!#$ out of this post and cut to the problems.
I have a slight physical, mostly auditory vibration in the front end of my car, hard to say from which side, but I think it's from the drivers side.
Mostly between 25mph and up.
Stops when I turn right, like on an onramp.
LOUD, have to turn my radio way up.
Replaced the driver side wheel bearing
Thought it could be a bad tire, but I replaced all 4 with 17" rims AND tires, and had them all balanced.
Also have new sway bar link on that side.
Ball joints/tie rods/ and all look ok, but could be worn out, but not broken?????
Not much play in the cv axle, but could still be bad and/or the problem?????

Try changing the other wheel bearing. I had a bad grind vibration in my 01 cavalier, I did the front balljoints and also replaced the both wheel bearings, No more vibs nice and smooth now.
I had a really bad and loud vibration when accelerating. My engine bracket to the upper motor mount was about to fall off and my water pump was bad/grinding. Dont do it anymore though...
Well if it's only with higher speeds and not RPMs then it's not the engine and thats always a thumbs up lol I think it's the wheel bearing, try this, go at a speed where the noise AND vibrations are clearly noticable, put in neutral and plant your feet firmly on the floor kind of spread apart and feel and really listen to which side it's coming from. Obviously windows up, music, a/c off, vents off, you got the idea...
Passneger side wheel bearing, and Im willing to bet. You could try this also. Go to a EMPTY parking lot that has lots of space. Get the car to the speed the noise is, and swerve from left to right, if u go right, and the noise stops, the passenger side bearing is bad, if u go left and the noise stops ur drivers side bearing is bad. Thats the easiest way to check it. Now when u swerve, the noise wont stop 100%, but it will quiet up or get louder depending on the way u turn. Example, if u turn right ur car will lean left putting more pressure on the drivers side bearing lifting the pressure on the passenger side bearing and if the bad one is (lets just say) ur passenger side bearing, the noise will decrease. And the opposite will happen when u turn left. Get it? Lol, I know it sounds confusing. Either way goodluck.

So, even if It has gotten louder, and I'm sure its the drivers side, replace the passenger side? I'm sure you're right, I can't think of anything else it could be.

why dont you jack up the front of the car and spin the wheels in neutral....
what type of noise is it making? in ur original post you just said vibration. now your'e saying noise.
