Problem whIth something idk what
Here is the story
I bought some 1.6 ratio rockers an bolts
Two days ago I tore into it to Install only to find I needed bolts , so put back together ran fine
Then my comp cam bolts came in
Tore apart again only to find that they were wrong size ( getting a headache) I bought were wrong size. So put back together and only thing I ds different then first time was I backed all the bolts on rockers off and torqued them to 19 which is the Haynes suggestion
Then went to start up had trouble starting
And when it finally did sounded like this
The exhaust sound changed and now motor is pecking
Help!!!

I only took two off I backed the torque off them all and set them back to the specified tourqe
