E-Brake got Real tight ! Grr!

i went out, drove all over the place, everytime i parked, i pull the e-brake and leave it in 1st(stick shift)
felt normal, slightly loose but that was the normal feeling
way home i stopped for a bagel at the deli same thing pulled ebrake and left in gear, on the way out, i put it down, seemed fine, but the brake light was still on, i pressed the button and tried to push it down, it feels like there is something stuck under it like i cant push it all the way down, slammed it a few times and the light went off but the stick isnt fully down

got home, pulled the ebrake and it went up about an inch and it locked the tires right up, very hard to pull and wont go all the way down

any ideas? my car is clean, nothing in it to spill or get under it

also a week ago i was doing 10 mph and slowed down with foot brake and my rears locked up, the car started hopping, only the rears locked until i let go, haven't had that problem since then but tonight every once in a while id hear that noise like when you press the foot brake on ice, that abs clicking noise...hear that in the rear but its not loud at all, ery faint sound...maybe has something to do with it?

also with the ebrake as far down as it goes, it drives fine, no drag

I'd open up the drums and center console and take a look. Obviously something mechanical as far as the Ebrake goes.

It could also explain the locking of the rears.

yeah honestly idk what happened lol today i took apart the center console and both drums off, found nothing in center console but the drums...

left drum the ebrake cable was dis connected
right drum has a slow leak in the wheel cylinder

i re adjusted both sides and its still tight, but it feels so much better
