im having a problem the plastic coolant neck on the right side theres a small hole above the right bolt what goes there theres gotta be somthin im missing can anyone help me

IIRC your missing the metal tube that is the steel tube that goes around the back of the engine. Its it slides into the housing, and the last time I removed that, I used a little make a gasket to hold it in there, but IIRC there is a small Oring in there. check that out and make sure you dont put too much pressure on that water outlet, or it will crack.

I thought about that after I posted it its a 2000 sunfire 2.4ld9. Thanks for your help much appreceated

No problem, hope you get it fixed. Also check that outlet for cracks, those things break all the time, and there pretty cheap too. Might want to swap it out since its cheap and easy enough.
