I just bought some R1 Concepts cross drilled and slotted rotors cause the stockers were warped now I noticed a popping sensation if you will when I turn the steering wheel, I wondering if any other had this problem and a solution to this or is this normal? I also can't,remember but I think when I change from reverse or drive I get a clunking noise what's that as well? Any tips would be great thanks.

Forgot to mention it is an 01' z24.

popping an clicking when you turn sounds like cv axles. maybe just a coincidence they happen back to back?

could be cv axles, sway bar bushings/links, or strut mounts/bearing plates. the other noise when u shift the car is more then likely bad motor mounts. goodluck
