Hey there, I've looked and looked on here and can't seem to find an answer. I have a 96 2.2L and seem to have a coolant leak somewhere. I noticed a small (quarter sized amount of coolant on top the trans ..underneath some kind of sensor with a bar attached to it). I assume it's coming from around there, but can't seem to find a leak. After about 2 hours in the garage a few drips will come off the trans. This has just happened like a week ago. I did have the head gasket repaired like a month and a half ago and maybe some coolant was spilled from the refill and it now dripping it's way down? I figured that was the best care scenario...anyone ever have an issue like this? Thanks!!

Maybe its the water pump? I have a leak now that I found was the water pump and I am about to replace now. It costs about 30 bucks at an Autozone. How long has the pump been there?

Hah....pump was replaced brand new like 2 yr ago....the drip was actually opposite side pretty much the water pump..I saw the water pump leak two years ago lol this is different....I'm gonna replace the heater hoses and go from there.
