Crazy Idle speed

So I just replaced the injector o-rings on my 97 cavalier after putting everything back together once i cranked the car up it immediately jumps to rev limiter. I have checked the Throttle body itself. Its operating normally, I have replaced the MAP sensor (started there because I unplugged the MAP sensor and it started and didnt go to red line.) Unplugged the TPS no luck, unplugged the ICV, no luck. Would appreciate any help here, as it is my only driving car. by the way 2200 OHV Automatic

Check all vacuum hoses in the throttle body also the IAT and IAC.

Check all vacuum hoses and make sure they are in good condition. I would replace all the vacuum hose just to be safe as its inexpensive to get the hose. I would also double check to make sure the injectors are seated well. You might have an oring that has split and is causing the motor to suck some air through the injectors without causing a fuel leak.

All vacuum lines check out, I just replaced the o rings. But I did just throw a scanner on the car and came up with codes 107, 113, and 122, all three are the sensors on the upper intake manifold. the ICV I literally just replaced, I swapped the MAP sensor and nothing changed and I haven't checked the TPS yet. Is there any issue that could be causing all three to act up the way they are? If it gets too much worse Im just going to take all the parts back to AutoZone and go get that ECOTEC, this is ridiculous
