Eco timing Chains

Quick question.
Are the aftermarket ecotec timing gear/chains sets any good? Are they OEM quality? What about the guides? Are they good quality too? What about the chains? Do they stretch out quickly? How are the sprockets? Do the teeth round quickly? How about fitment?
I don't want to have to do this all over again. Since I don't know if I have the 2 piece tensioner or the new updated 1 piece, I'm replacing everything since I just hit 100k. So It would be cool if I could get the $150 timing set from Advance auto, verus the $500 set from GM. but I'm not gonna compromise quality. I'm not doing this crap again, and I DO NOT want to have to replace this engine.

Thanks guys.
