hey guys i did a search and got most the info i needed but i still have a few questions. the cylinder will turn to the on position but will not turn far enough to turn over. do i have to worry about resetting passlock if im just replacing the cylinder with a used cyclinder? is the code stored in the cyclinder or the ignition the cylinder is attached to?

also we attempted to bump start it, i turned the key to the on position and popped the clutch and got it started but i had no power to the guage cluster or headlights and when i came to a stop it shut down. passlock has not tripped yet.

when u replace the cylinder ur theft lock will go off but if u just let the computer relearn its self u shouldn have any problems,i just replaced mine a couple weeks ago
