hi guys, i got a 2005 cavalier with 2.2 ecotec thats 5 speed. for the past month when i do a cold startup (after been sitting a day) sometimes the rpms would drop down a little below the 900 rpm(its regular idle) i didnt think nothing of it, thought it might just be bad gas or something
but the last few days, when i start it up when it is cold, sometimes it stalls right out on me. i can get it started, then the idle goes down below 500..and then it dies....and when i go start it back up it works great.
i got tommorow off and i can look at something that might be it if it isnt hard to do. any ideas? thanks so much for your time, shawn
i should also add, when it gets down that low it kinda shakes a little before it dies of course.
