Engine shakes

Would worn out spark plugs cause my engine to have a slight shake at idle? If not what would cause it? I know it would be difficult to diagnose without seeing the car.

do you have a 2.2L ohv. If so those engines are common to shake. Motor mounts also could be wornout.

Could be worn motor mounts, could be unequal compression throughout the cylinders, could be slight misfire...If the engine is running fine, id start with the mounts, gonna guess it's the upper one

i agree it could be motor mounts, get somebody to hit the gas while u watch the motor and it moves alot its a mount the 2 easiest are the torque mount on the bottom of the motor and the top mount isnt to bad if u have a general idea of how to do it, but the tranny mount is a pita to get out..but u will feel a huge diff after u change them..i ordered mine from rockauto.com
