Last week, I flushed my coolant. Standard un-diluted prestone coolant diluted to 50/50 with distilled water.
The second day after the change, the low coolant light kicked on for a short period of time - maybe 30 seconds, on my way to work.
The coolant level is fine, and it's been six days since then and the light hasn't kicked on even during longer drives since then. I just replaced the water pump about 10k miles ago.
Should I be concerned?

no you probably took off too fast or something and an air bubble in the reservoir hit the sensor making the light go on...happens to me everytime i launch and my reservoir is full
You didn't bleed the system of air completely/properly
those style gm sensors are awful lol if you ever flush and refill and it dont go off take a wrench and smack the resevoir where the sensor is not hard.just tap it and thatll fix it every time. I learned that from an old gm mechanic works like a charm
