on my 04 ac only works when it wants to. any way replaced the resister under dash still only works when it wants to. so got to looking under hood on driver side there is a black relay. wiggle it and blower starts to work .so is the relay bad? i even try to widen the spades on the relay and still only works 60% of the time thanks.
yes the relays bad, or the terminals are corroded

blower motor. u can wiggle the relay and it will work for awhile
