Radiator Fan/Overheating

Hello all,
I have a 1999 2 door cav, 2.2 ohv. The fan doesn't kick on, no matter how high the temp gauge goes. I've replaced the relay, the ECT, and the thermostat (with new coolant). The fan still does not kick on, but does when I unplug the ECT, so I know the fan still works. Also, after I replaced the ECT and reflashed the PCM by disconnecting the battery, the kicked on normal. The next day, it quit working again. Then I replaced the thermostat and topped off the coolant again, and the fan worked normally. Then when I ran the car the next day again, the fan didn't work. I'm wondering if anyone else has a solution.. I'm stumped as to what else to check.. I replaced everything I thought it could be. Thanks!

I had similar problem then discovered that when the car was hot if I pushed the connector on the motor it started, changed the connector and never have problems again.
