I have got absolutely NO CLUE on this one....
EVerytime i hit a bump or whatever my car creaks... like metal grinding against metal...it only used to do it in the cold so i just thought that would be why but now it does it everytime now.
any idea? its at 01 z24.
Shocks or shock mounts?? try going around to all 4 corners of the car and push down n compress the shocks, get them moving, listen for any noises..
Maybe take a vid or record the noise on a phone or something.. and try to find out where exactly its coming from.. hard to pinpoint a noise when we don't know where its coming from.
Check control arm bushings. Bet their bad.
