Here the details: Car is a 1999 Chevy Cavalier, 2.2 OHV, automatic with 186,000 miles on it. It does this almost every morning, first start of the day always takes a long time. About 1 in 10 times it will fire right up with no problem. It also does it sometimes like if we go into a store and come back out to leave. It just won't be as long, like a normal turn of the motor, then it makes those quick turning type sounds like in the video, and then starts. It like the car isn't "catching". Once the car is on, it runs great with no problems, has full power when accelerating etc. My girlfriend said it did stall out every once in a while while at a traffic light, or putting the car from drive into reverse. (maybe once every few weeks) I've tried a few times in the morning to put the key to the on position to prime the fuel pump (like 5 times, 10 seconds each ON cycle without actually starting the car) and this did not help. We also sea foamed the car, I put new spark plugs in, and has a brand new battery. Any other ideas? Pretty much intermittent during the day, more so if the car sits 30+ minutes, and pretty much every morning. With winter coming around, this is going to strain the battery a lot more which won't be good.

First and foremost check your Fuel Pressure Regulator. Take the vacuum line off and look for liquid gasoline if it is wet in the vacuum line or in the vacuum port on the regulator replace it and see if the problem continues. It is on the fuel rail.
Was having the same problem. turned out to be the fuel pump.
