okay first I just want to say that i did research before i posted, and i couldn't really find an instance the same as mine. So what the story is is that i installed a pacesetter 4-1 header. The car ran fine no issues at all, then about a week later a engine light came on, scanned for slow responding o2. replaced o2 as well as installed magnaflow catback at same time. the day after the car would stall if i was stopped and idled very poorly, and hesitation on acceleration. did research, checked throttle position sensor it was good, IAC also good and now clean. No difference. Decided it had to be a faulty o2, got GM o2, installed same problem. Stalls less but hesitation very bad. now is bringing up engine light again, o2 number 2 bad heater. got one on order. but i don't think thats what the issue is. It gets better hesitation is almost gone once whole car is heated up from highway driving.

Sorry to pester but this is my daily driver and with winter coming up i don't want this problem to cause some one to run into me or worse me end up dead.
i would spray seafoam into ur itake because it could be alot of buildup inside ur motor and if that dont fix it check all the ignition stuff like coils plugs boots of its a 2.4
Is the car running lean? Can you access any fuel trim or iac counts with the scan tool your pulling codes with?
