Just wonding how i could fix this..my drivers door is sagging just a bit when i shut it i have to slam or lift just so it will shut all the way.....i was thinkin shimmes on the hinges?
its the hinge, its wore out, i had the same problem, replaced my hinges and problem solved
im not sure how much they are new, mine came off my parts car
Go NEW auto zone,advance,napa sell these you will be glad you did!You might have to measure your pins or if you can remove one for reference.There pretty common and sold in the help section in advance,autozone with misc parts like door handles,grommets,cables etc.Napa has them on rolling racks in the store with the same items.They come with new pin,and locking washer(not sure on terminology) and plastic sleeves.OOps not sure on the brackets,but check rockauto,or the above stores they maybe able to order the brackets.I was just thinking the pins that go in the assembly!!! my oversight read to quick.
I would get new, they are a pain in the ass to to get off, none the less taking 2 pairs off would be worse, 1 at the junkyard.... To find out they will not last long. This is the route I went after the lambos.
They are a part that do wear out, so if you do find a "good" one at the jy, it just might not last as long. if its less then half the price of new or you dont might changing them more often, then go for jy, if you want to pay extra and have it last alot longer, buy new.
