Im tackling this job tomorrow and iv searched and read alot but i just wanted to post this to get any tips and opinions...Its on my 97 sunfire...My first question is should i remove the dash or try and get to it without removing dash..and if anyone has pics or anything that would help alot...And if anyone would be nice enough to give me a full walk through that would be great because im in unknown territory..

I had to do this last year in -35 temps, In a unheated garage. It wasn't to fun got the job done within 4.5 hrs Saved myself $500 in labor costs. but freakin out , I dont think it was worth it. Its was pretty straight forward. Just fine all those screws that were hidden.

I undid the 6 screws that the plastic cover where the heater core is in, Popped the bottom plastic cover out, Pulled it straight out, Its in there snug, Little effort it pops out. Its a bit of pita it all works out.
