Thought I'd start a thread where you list problems and fixes you've had with your car and at what mileage to see if there are any common problems so others can look for them if their car starts doing something funny.
2004 cavalier, standard, 2.2 ecotec
60,000 miles - Rubber hose for clutch rubbed hole in it because it sits between a V shaped piece of sheet metal. Fixed, cut clutch hose in half, installed metal brake line, used hose clamps on each end, metal sits between sheet metal now. Has held up for 68,000 miles.
127,500 Front Wheel bearing, fix, change hub
128,000 Broken Timing guide, fix, replace timing set, rough idle, stalling, ran fine otherwise.
Almost forgot
115,000 Gauges started going out, Fuel gauge would work part time, then quit, Speedometer would work, but sometimes would start losing mph, Temp guage would work sometimes, go high others. Fix, change cluster from junkyard car.

2004 cavalier - 130,000 miles, plugged cat, lost top end power and next day was hard to start, wouldn't idle well and would die when the engine would get up to temp., also wouldn't go above 2000rpm's no matter what, and would usually die if you gave it any gas.
