Heater cuts out, ebrake light?

backgroung;
2000 2.2
just had the metal pipe that runs across the motor replaced due to a coolant leak and the coolant system bled

when I picked up my my car from the shop my ebrake light would came on and off randomly, I pulled ebrake on and off to make sure it wasn't on but the like kept on coming on and off. then I turned on my heat and it starting acting weird. It seams it would run according to how many rpms I was revving. ie idle it would cut out and if I reved it would work. Then the heater would cut in and out randomly.

Drove it home and it seemed to be working for a bit. Then next day was working fine then the heat would randomly turn off and on again? same with the ebrake light. I have checked the brake fluid and it seems full.

Any ideas? I'm stumped.
Will check coolant level tomorrow.

Any help please, would like to get this worked out so I can sell my car. (have another J-body waiting for me!!)

Cheers, Mike

the symptom of more heat when the engine is rev'ed faster is likely due to trapped air in the system or low coolant. Bleed out the air and thermocycle the system. Some vehicles due to design will put out more heat at faster rpms as more coolant is circulated through the heater core.

the brake light warining; do you regularly use the ebrake? If not the cables may be not fully releasing. The tech at the shop may have put the ebrake on.

Problem was a bad ground to the blower relay.
