i have a 98 base cavalier and the horn has stopped working. I checked the fuse and that was good the horn under the pass side headlight was fine but when i hit the horn button on the steering wheel there is no sound. I used to hear a clicking sound when i would hit the horn before and that sound is also gone. Any idea would could have happen?

The horn relay under the dash (attached to the steering column) could be dead. I've had this happen on two of my Cav's now.

Where exactly is the relay at? Is it also on 03+? My horn doesn't work either, and I figured it was when I had a phone charger cord somehow get wrapped inside and disconnected something. Worth looking into this relay though,

It's taped to the main wiring harness that goes up to the steering column. It's smaller than a regular (say, fuel pump or rad fan) sized relay, about 2/3rds the size. Should have an orange and a green and some other wire colours going into the plug.
