There is a hissing sound under heavy acceleration that just came about, I heard it a few times before but it was nothing absurd.

Now It is there 100% over 2,000 rpms on heavy accel, It has a loss of power as well.

Could this be the fuel pump not pumping enough fuel??

ps. It was car oil recomended for my motor. No it isn't lawn mower oil or anything stupid.
Mobil 1 Synthetic blend 5w30.

I've encountered the same thing recently and it turned out to be a vcauum leak/ bad throttle body sensor. I would go through and make sure all your vacuum lines are connected properly or otherwise check for any holes in them.

Are you getting any CEL lights when this happens?

Other thing to consider checking to is that your throttle body is secured and check the o ring to make sure it isn't worn down too much.

Just get some carb cleaner and spray around the in.take and vacuum lines. You will find the leak easly the rpms will jump when you hit the leak.
