Having trouble getting the plastic cowl that covers the wiper motor on. Any tips or tricks? pics are great

Remove the wiper arms,And remove all the black plastic pins at the front of the cowl,And it should pull right off if,if i remember.

He is having trouble getting it back on. It is a PITA. I found the best way is to slowly work it into place, using a screwdriver to slide under the rubber window trim as you push the plastic piece forward into place. Not really sure how I can explain it any better, just be careful not to damage the rubber if you are using a screwdriver.
