Seems to me like the noise is coming from the front drivers side. At any speed basically above 20 you can start to hear it, gets louder the faster the car moves. When driving straight at higher speeds its more of a hum than a growl, at lower speeds it sounds worse. And when i turn left, even when not moving, it makes bad noises that i can also feel in the steering wheel. I have replaced both cv shafts, front wheel bearings are good, and power steering fluid level is ok. What is going on?
What year/engine/trans is it? It would really help if you filled out your profile.
Does it make a chirping noise at all when you turn the steering wheel?
Sorry about that i thought i did that, apparently i did it wrong. 03 LS Sport 5spd.
And no, its not a chirping noise, more of a grind/howl noise and only at low speeds or no speed. Is it possible that i just have a bad PS pump?
sounds like a wheel bearing to me.
