that is 10 months old and have noticed lately that the voltage is usually around 12 volts but I check the voltage almost obsessively everyday sometimes it will be a 12.2 12.4 volts and I do have CB radio that draws some small amount of power all the time because it saves the last channel I had it tuned to and brings it back on when I turn the radio on. I know that and sometimes I leave the doors open while I clean my car out and I don't drive enough miles to charge it back up only 12 miles to work one way. Which is only about 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and what not. Should I worry about this at all?

No, your fine. Optimas are made to hold a better charge, 15 minutes of driving is plenty to charge it. 15 mibutes by tge alternator would charge better than an hour on a battery charger

12.4 volts is a 50% state of charge for a conventional battery, 12.2v is 25%. Fully charged is12.6volt.
Your numbers seem low. You are checking with all loads off right?
How fast does the engine crank when starting. A slow crank is a warning sign of discharged or low battery capacity.
it cranks fine, I know when I first got it before I changed the battery it would crank slow and put the yellow top in it pretty much stopped but still once in a while will do that though I did change the air charge temperature sensor that is in the intake tube and that helped too. I did notice the where the wires connect to the starter they are very green and corroded.
