iat circuit high signal or whatever. there is no change with the sensor plugged in or not, swapped one off my lumina, no dice. jumped it across the terminals, still no change, no 5 volt reference at the plug, only getting 0.01 wires look ok, from what i can find, but im not sure what pins on the pcm to check, or where to go from here. HELP. car runs fine, but the mil is annoying

yes. i have ran what tests i could, and it still reads -40, even when doing the grounding tests that are supposed to put it up to the max temperature. im attempting to find a pinout of the pcm. or someone to give me a clue if they have had the problem as well
2003 cavalier 2.2 eco, non bi fuel 5 speed
5v ref- tan wire- blue pcm connector c1, pin 21
low ref grd- blk wire- blue pcm connector c1, pin 7
I had this problem happen with my 04 fire and I took it to the dealer cause j could not figure it out under the loom one of the wifes came apart and they fixed it its been fine ever since....
i have to purchase a new dvom, but even after rewiring, i cannot get it to work...
