As for the two regarding primary o2, it's weird because the o2 was perfectly fine in my LN2.. Both are a 4 wire. But now apparently it's not working properly?
As for the DRL code... What lights run on an 03-05 sunfire DRL? My only lights not hooked up are the fogs.
The PCM is out of an 04 Sunfire... Does it have anything that needs disabling that maybe me Cav just doesn't have?
Need some help. It seems like if I replace the o2 the light will stay off, so I should be able to pass my inspection, but would like to get these taken care of regardless. I'm not sure why I even need to replace the o2,
Does it start?
Most are body and communications codes..
It runs great. I've put probably 800 miles on it. Lol.
Does it have h.I.d.s or factory bulbs in the headlights they run with drl and I dunno about the front marker lights next to the grill....
Has or are you using HPT on it? If no do you have access to HPT or a scanner?
The U1000 I have gotten just because of HPT when you disconnect from the car.
The B codes I believe are BCM codes and we can not access those with HPT.
As for your O2 sensor codes if they do not come back I wouldn't worry about them, but if you have access to HPT or a scanner you can check that the sensor is working properly.

Yes, I have hptuners, already registered the new vin to it.
I checked the voltage, the rear was puttin out 700+/- and the front 400 +/-. This was on a cold startup but let it idle for about 5 minutes, no change.
I have factory bulbs. So the drl is the low beams correct? Maybe I have a bad fuse/relay?
The u1000 won't clear, and was there when I first plugged into hpt. Will the bcm errors throw a light? I'm trying to figure out if I fix the o2 if the light will go away or if these other codes will keep tripping it.
Is there anything the 04 sunfire has (what my pcm is out of) that I may need to disable in hptuners?

Yeah you should get some changing pretty quick. Ecotec has a heated O2 sensor's and should come to temp and move.

Yeah my ln2 had a 4 wire primary... I just switched it over. Maybe it's not compatible for some reason?

If it plugs in it should be fine, but things happen.

As for the drl my 04 would normally run on the low beams u could disable them if it doesn't bother u ...
I don't care if they're on or not, I just don't want the flashies and service light every time I get in the car, lol.
U could look up the drl delete I know their is a wire that goes to the bcm that all u have to ground out and then u don't get a service light and your drls will be disabled and u will just have to manually turn them on...

Pull the middle plug out of the BCM and cut the dark blue wire. Splice an extension onto the wire (plug side) and ground the other end (I grounded mine to the back of the obd2 port). No more drl's
x2 ^ I think mine went there or the steering column... although I did mine without pulling out the middle plug
Fixed the o2 code, which was the only code popping a light. Turns out when it was plugged in, it pushed one of the sensor side prongs out of the clip. Glad I checked it out before buying a new one. All good and got my sticker today.
