I replaced the plug twice now with the one I put on when I just did my oil change a couple weeks ago, Which I replaced with a EZ Drain Oil Plug with the correct thread which is M12-1.75. I was wondering how far you should turn it after you tighten by hand as far as you can go by hand or what ft/lbs it should be? It still leaks and I turned with a adjustable wrench just enough so it barely moved at all, but it only leaks just enough to form a very small bubble of oil on the bottom of the oil pan. I wish I had a camera I would show you better what it looks like. Please Help and Thanks a lot for the help.

is there a gasket on it, if so you turned it too far, if not put a gasket on it and make it snug.

yeah there's a metal gasket on it, but I know that it has been leaking for the last 3 oil changes at least even with 2 different drain plugs.

go buy a stock drain plug. are you 100% positive the leak is not from somewhere else, or there isnt a crack in the "bung" from plugs being over tightened?
I do know it is not coming out from anywhere else because when re-tightened the plug earlier today when I wiped it down I could see the oil forming near the bottom of it and then after I tightened it slowed down a little bit but still forming a little bit of a dimple of oil on the oil pan.

Just get a stock replacement and put it in. Those easy drain ones are worthless aside from lawn mowers. And like said above make sure the bung isnt cracked or the threads arent pulled or stripped.
Ya when I worked at the autoparts store we got a bunch back on warranty... just get a normal one it is not that hard to take off to change the oil...
