but didn't come back till recently it has been well over a month since I replaced my cooling temp sensor, Water pump and coolant, and pretty near 1000 miles and no overheating or anything but it started today while I was pumping up my tires the fan came on when it reached temp like it is suppose to and then shut off when it cooled off but the second time it came on it didn't shut off this time until I shut the car off and it had dropped below 195 before I shut the car off and the last time when I changed the coolant temp sensor not the thermostat it stopped it? But when I replaced the thermostat I replaced it with a 180 degree superstat which was the only degree available for the standard stat or superstat listed.

Some codes that pop up don't trigger a cel, although the traction control light will come on. Iirc I had that happen when the intake temp sensor failed.

I am starting to think thats what is cause I have tried everything off the top of my head that I could think of. I will go and get a code reader and see if a code is still in there and do live data with it and see what happens when the fan turns on and when it is suppose to turn off.
