Thats funny.

1. that is not a ac delco sensor FYI...

2. Never put the dielectric greas on the inside of the connector this will arc the heater circuit.. fyi...

Why would you say that isn't an AC Delco sensor? I'm curious why. And its not like I smeared grease all over the connector, just a dab in each cavity.

Well maybe I got ripped off, but it came out of an AC Delco box, and Advance Auto told me they ordered an AC Delco Sensor. Regardless of what brand it was I hope the rest of the info was good.

No Stefan,

AcDelco is not a manufacturer, most people do not understand this. This is a NTK sensor made for Delco. I work closely in the field for one of the two questioned here. And we see this all the time with sparkplugs where someone will only install ac delco in a GM vehicle not knowing Declo does not make the part.....

Who cares who made it... AC Delco is packaging and its a good sensor. Major brands do this all the time. NGK makes spark plugs for ac delco too. Stop confusing this guy

Oh ok, I didn't realize that AC Delco didn't make the part. Regardless of who manufactured it, I was just looking for an OEM sensor rather than aftermarket just because of stories I've heard about aftermarket ones. Thanks for the info though.
