i have a small coolant leak at the radiator on the drivers side top area. its not the hose nor the tranny fluid line.
Acdelco OEM at Dealer: $450
Acdelco OEM at Rockauto.com: $337 shipped
Ready-Rad Radiator at Advance Autoparts: $108
also i was told to try bars coolant stop leak as a 1st option.
wanted to ask what is my best option i would like to go with acdelco oem from Rockauto.com the price of Ready-Rad Radiator seems too low and feel as if it wont last.
also is there a website where i can get a cavalier all alumin. radiator?

I wouldn't put any stop leak crap in it. You really want that gunk in your motor? Just get a new radiator.
Depends. Do you like having heat? All that stop leak is gonna do is gunk up your heater core and trash it.
Agreed RUN away from ANY stop leak for radiators! Those products clog up your cooling system rad, heater, waterpump and coolant passages. You might want to check Oreillys auto parts for radiators.I know at least for my 87 mazda trk they sell a all aluminum and various friends in this area (another site) have nothing but great results from Oreillys rad selection. Not sure what they have on the jbody side but will guess it is better than what you checked on.Idk do a parts lookup with them.
Just get one from advance, they offer a one year if not lifetime warranty
ok thanks, sounds like i will go with the advance one also.

i have a radiator from advance in my car, no issues with it. make sure you open it at the store and check to see if the bag of fitting is there if you have an auto.

The Ready-Rad will do the job just like any stuff from Advance. Just keep your receipt in a safe place. The "lifetime" warranty from Advance can get shady sometimes.
