Was driving yesterday and noticed second gear was acting tough to shift in... Well once I was up to Fifth on the E-way sudden traffic ahead, was downshifting and nothing... shifter would not go into any gear, coasted off of the next exit and had to MacGyver to drive home.

My issue... Besides that shearing through... what part is that (I'm not a Transmission guy)

How difficult is it to find that piece parts store wise... Was considering breakign out a small wire feed welder and just rebuilding the lip on it to make it functional without my MacGyver fix
