Alright first I should say when I press on the gas depending on how far I go it acts like its bogging down. Next I did have the MIL flash and the traction control off turn on for about a min. I can get on the gas getting up to speed just fine but hesitates after 40 when I try to get more aggressive on the gas.
I did change the oil about 1k ago didn't have the right oil filter I found out so I kept the old one on for the time being I do have fresh oil in though. Got the car when it had 166K-ish miles on it has 214.6k. Don't recall replacing spark plugs or wires in it ( honestly don't remember). I have heard about the vacuum leak but can't find it yet to test it. The oly other thing I can think of is the wires/ plugs being bad.

Have you check the fuel pressure yet? That sounds like you have a fuel pump on its way out. I hope the tank is not full.
