RPM troubles

Alright, little update: for some reason my car has finally stopped it's sputtering under moderate to heavy acceleration. Hallelujah! But now a new problem presented itself just the other day. I couldn't find an already open thread about this so I'm just posting a new one. What happens is when I'm braking and let off the pedal to coast, the RPM will drop once i reach say around 1000 RPM and the needle will bounce around over 1000 and somewhere near say 800-1100. Almost like the car is confused. I've cleaned the throttle body and the IAC valve. The throttle position sensor was just replaced, as well as the plugs. There's actually quite the list of things repaired on this thing -.- If anyone has a similar problem or past experience PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!

Absolutely nothing. I CAN say it only does it when it's warmed up. I've had the fuel pump and relay replaced as well as the filter. Timing chain, intake and exhaust cam gaskets. Spark plugs, fuel pressure regulator, throttle position sensor, water pump, map sensor and vacuum tube, O2 sensors, there's no vacuum leaks. I've honestly stumped everyone I know
