Hi guys, im having problems with my 97 2.4L cavalier dying. It is throwing both the po335 and po341 codes which are the crank and cam position sensors. I replaced both and the problem still persists. It tends to idle fine with it intermittently cutting out but not quite dying, but as soon as i hit the throttle it sputters and dies. It has a bit of hard starting problems when it isnt warmed up taking a few seconds of cranking for it to fire and idle. Im not sure if that is part of the problem or something entirely different as it has been like that for about 2 years now. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Try pulling the vacuum hose off of the fuel pressure regulator, and rev it up a little to make sure gas isn't coming out of it.

I didn't have any time to to mess with it today, but tomorrow ill give it a shot and post what happens.
You may have to do a crank relearn. The procedure is in most Hanyes and Chilton manuals.
