2001 Sunfire with a leak on the return side apparently. Can anyone tell me if the return and pressure side run close/along side each other?
Phoned around for pricing and mechanic said he'd do both for the same price if they're close, otherwise it's an additional 1.5hrs of labour... just thought i'd check here...
oh and it's a 2.2 Auto if that matters...
yes they run pretty close to each other. the pressure side comes out of the pump itself while the return side goes into the reservoir.

I hate to bring up a dead thread, but can any one tell me the size of the line going into the rack on the passenger side of the car. It sprang a leak right under the exhaust pipe and I need to get a replacement line. Thanks.
