Recently an code popped up on my 2000 cav. When trying to read the code with my cheap obd2 scanner thats powered by the car battery, the scanner wouldn't even turn on. The car runs just fine, just wondering what code its throwing? why wont my scanner turn on once its plugged in. Worked on my other vehicle.
