It was not. After a while the engine warmed up and this was the first time since the "big freeze" that the turbo moved.
I was gunna say its cold then i saw your temp gauge. sounds like the turbo may be giving up (or something to do with the turbo) but im an all motor guy so i dont know just a ton about turbos or sunchickens ( i own its retarded cousin the sunfire)
Maybe your tune got lost somehow?
