Okay I searched all the forms looking for an answer so i wouldn't piss anyone off but I really didnt get much info that helped so i'll ask here and take my chances on getting cursed out lol.
Okay the last month my car has been feeling very sluggish. The car feels like its lost power and its really sluggish most of the time its in low RPM when i really feel it. I've changed the spark plugs and air filter and right away I noticed an improvement however its been a few days and I am right back to where I started. Can anyone give me any advice?

What is sluggish? - stumbling, low on power, what?
run some injector cleaner and seafoam through it
