ok.. i'm putting a new steering wheel on and was wondering how to do it without the air bag coming out.. is there a fuse or wire i can cut while doing this

Open your hood, look under the radiator shroud and behind the bumper for a yellow sensor.... now hit that with a hammer.

JUST KIDDING! don't do that, please.

Now, in all seriousness. Disconnect the battery and wait for a good 20 minutes. Then take it off. Btw, you WILL need a steering wheel puller and the airbag light on your dash WILL stay on. There's a way to make it stay off, but I don't know how because I've never done a steering wheel swap.

SEVERAL people here have done a swap, so I would wait until someone who really knows all the details of what to do posts.
