ok, i need some help.
the other day when i was coming home a cat ran out in front of the car. i swerved to aviod it and ended up clipping the curb at about 50 kmh. I rubbed up my mag a little bit, but that doesnt bother me to much.
The thing that bothers me is that now when i cruise along at 40-60 kmh there is a wierd rubbing sound coming from the wheel. also when i reverse out of my drive and turn the car from one lock to the other and drive foward there is a wierd click sound.....
i was thinking i could have buggered the ball joint, but havenet had a chance to look.
i thought that i might have done the bearings or something as well????
any feedback would be awesome, i dont wanna splash out money on needless parts if i dont have too, so thats why i have come to ask the experts.
thanks in advance for your input.
where to go and what to do?
the choice is up to you!!!!

The rubbing sound, to me sounds like a wheel bearing. Does it change intensity when you turn the steering wheel back and forth to transfer vehicle weight from side to side?
The clicking noise sound like a possibly a bad CV joint.

i'd agree with the posibility of a bad CV joint... when you go into gear do you hear a clunk sound? The rubbing sound could be a bent rim that might be rubbing.
Hows your allignment?

next time, hit the cat. it's cheaper to clean hair off the car than to fix it
I would have wrote you a poem, but I couldn't find anything that rhymed with F@#K OFF!
