I need to get the little Tilt Steering Lever OUT. The GM manual says to just turn it counter-clockwise to remove it. I can't budge this thing to save my life. Is there a trick to this?

^yep but put a cloth with decent thickness around it first, or just be really careful or you scratch it up. If you actually care how it looks lol
