how reliable are Cavaliers?

My old car was a 96 Contour when it hit like 50k, it began to fall apart, everything went wrong.
I now drive an 04 Cavalier

This car has a warranty till 36,000 miles and I have 9000 so not worried till after 36k, how reliable are these cars in the long run?

- 2004 Cavalier - 124k, owned since new

I do not know about everyone else but my 01 with an automatic has 92,000 plus with the only problem the car has ever had has been to replace the left front power window motor. Other than that this has been the most reliable car I have ever owned.
