i was trying to take out my windshild wiper switch..and i can't get to this one little bolt..do u have to take out the steering wheel? or do i just need better tools so i could reach it??

With a few tools and some time, it's not that difficult to do. I remember disconnecting the battery (Airbag=yellow wiring), removing the col. cover from below with torx screws, and unsnap the top. You then will see a few screws to remove the signals/light switch, i think that has to come out first. Study how the signal switch and whatnot are in there so you know how it goes back. The wiper switches (both models of fixed delay and adjustable delay) are interchangeable, and have the same wiring. Junkyard about $5-10.
