How can u tell if the gasket on your header is no good? I recently got one installed. It sounded great for a while...now at a lower RPM it sounds really funny.
did you use the stock gasket or the one supplied? also what kind of header?

The pacesetter header....i believe my mechanic used the one pacesetter gives witht the header.
if you think that there might be a leak, go ahead and hold a piece of napkin around the gasket area and see if it moves around. if there is a leak, the napkin will start moving. other than that, you can usually hear it. i used the pacesetter gasket and it tore on me. your best bet is to use the factory one.
