I sort of need to replace the oil in her. So I have questions....
1) Where is the oil filter?
2) where is the oil drain plug?

the drain plug is on the back of the pan and the filter is that huge looking nut on between the motor and intake tube... it is a 32 mm socket. the cap is plastic so be careful... in the pic shows the general locaton of the fillter...
You let it go 7000 miles over?? Holy, mine is 300 over and i'm @!#$ting myself!

Yeah, 7000 miles over isnt good at all.
Its worse on cars with regular oil filter, the filter would get plugged but it would still allow oil to flow via the bypass valve, it would go to the main bearings and your engine could be gone if the oil was bad enough.

I'm amazed that on a J body only importfightercav was able to answer this question correctly.
You are going to need a FRAM CH9018 CANISTER Filter
One 3/8 Ratchet, Long extention, and 32MM socket.
Also 5qts of Valvoline 5w30.
