how to time a 2.4?

How do you go about timing a 2.4? I have some experience timing a carbuerated V8 so I know the basics. What do I hook the timing light up to since there are no wires? What do I adjust, the cams? Is there a rite up on this anywhere? I looked in my haynes manual and there is nothing for the 2.4.
